Expectations

End Goal: Amazing set of photos

Peak End Experience.jpg
  • The end goal is to email our guests an amazing set of photos. A set of around 15 unique story shots.

  • Final touchpoint:
This is our final touchpoint with the guests, this will be the real ‘END’ point of the trip, so we need to end it on a high.
    - great photos lousy fishing day: they will remember the trip as a great one
    - Shit photos but great fishing trip: they will remember the trip as a shitty one.

  • 5 Star Reviews:
When we email them the photos, we also ask them to write a review for us, if this final value add is good, the reviews will likely be good also. We want everyone to ‘remember’ and write about their 5 stars fishing experience.

  • Referrals:
Our guests would be more likely to the photos on their social media if the photos are something that they are proud of. The majority of our guests comes from referrals, posting high quality images that shows them having a great time on Fever’s trip will encourage their friends and family to come too.

What is the expectation?

  1. Quality
This is the clarity of the shot: no foggy lens, images should be sharp and in focus.

  2. Quantity
This is the total number of shots that is taken. A good number is 600 to 1100, depending on the size of the group. This would give the editing team enough to create a great photo set for our guests.

  3. Variety
This is the number of unique story shots that you take, taking 100 shots of them fishing in the moment would count as 1 shot as it is the same story. unless you could drastically change the angle, or composition to tell a different story.
Taking them catching the same fish again and again without changing the pose would also count as 1.
