Graded on a scorecard

  • You have to be proactive and ask a guide to rate your skill level.

  • This will give you an ideal on where you need to improve on

Getting a Score

  1. Each item has a different weightage, example, ‘interaction’ is weighted ‘10’ and ‘commentary’ is weighted ‘20’. That means ‘commentary’ is twice as important. the larger the number, the more important that skill.

  2. Each skill will be rated 1 to 10, 10 begin the best.

  3. Take Jane’s Scores for example, she scored a ‘7’ on ‘SPEED’, that contributes 8.75 points to her final percentage score of 48.7
    (weightage)x(total score possible)x(graded score)
    (20/160)x(100)x(7/10) = 8.75
